About the job

As a casino Cashier at Harbor Hotel & Casino Curaçao, you are responsible for performing high-volume cash and non-cash transactions for our guests in a courteous, accurate, and timely manner. You serve as a trusted point of contact on the casino floor and work closely with gaming staff, security and supervisors to ensure every transaction is processed correctly and in line with strict policies and procedures. With strong numerical skills, attention to detail and a calm, professional approach, you help maintain the integrity of the cage operation while delivering a smooth, welcoming and reliable experience for every guest.

The position

• Process high-volume cash and non-cash transactions

• Cash and redeem chips, tokens, and foreign currency using correct exchange rates

• Process jackpots, marker buy-backs and cash advances (including ID verification)

• Balance assigned bank and cash drawer and complete shift reconciliations

• Maintain accurate records of all cash and chip movements

• Operate cage and cashier equipment and systems

• Follow all internal policies, controls and legal requirements

• Deliver professional, friendly service and support a safe casino environment

About you

• High school diploma or equivalent

• One or more years of cashier or related experience preferred

• Able to work accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Honest, reliable, and comfortable handling cash and sensitive information

• Able to follow strict procedures and internal controls

• Available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Fluent in English, Spanish, and Papiamentu; Dutch is a plus
