As a Waiter / Waitress at Royal Casino, you play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience in a dynamic and entertaining environment. You are responsible for providing attentive food and beverage service while ensuring guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of throughout their visit.

In this hands-on role, you will serve drinks and menu items efficiently, maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere on the casino floor, and work closely with fellow team members to ensure smooth and high-quality service. Your energy, professionalism, and attention to detail help create a memorable experience for every guest.

The position

• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to casino guests

• Take and deliver beverage and food orders accurately and efficiently

• Ensure guests are comfortable and regularly attended to during their visit

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and guest areas

• Communicate effectively with bar & casino staff during service

• Maintain knowledge of menu items, beverages, and promotions

• Handle guest requests professionally and resolve issues promptly

• Support opening, closing, and general operational duties

About you

• Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or customer service is preferred

• Friendly, outgoing, and service-oriented personality

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Professional appearance and attention to detail

• Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Fluent in English, Spanish and Papiamentu; Dutch is a plus
