As a Dishwasher at Harbor Restaurant, you play an essential role in keeping our kitchen and service operations running smoothly. You support the culinary and service teams by ensuring all dishes, equipment, and work areas are clean, organized, and ready for use throughout the day. Your reliability, speed, and attention to hygiene standards directly contribute to a safe kitchen, efficient service flow, and a positive working environment—helping our chefs and service teams focus on delivering great experiences to our guests.
The position
Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils and kitchen items
Sort, stack and store clean items correctly
Distribute tableware and kitchen items to the appropriate areas
Clean kitchen equipment and kitchen areas, including floors and walls
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment

Reliable and motivated team player
Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong sense of cleanliness and hygiene
Physically able to stand for long periods and handle manual work
