Front Desk Supervisor

Are you someone who notices every detail, makes every guest feel at home, and thrives in a fast-paced environment? As a Front Office Supervisor at Harbor Hotel & Casino Curaçao, you take charge of daily front office operations and help deliver exceptional guest experiences. You lead the front desk team on the floor and work closely with housekeeping, security, food & beverage, and management to ensure smooth operations. By coaching your team and setting the service standard, you play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and memorable stay for our guests.
The position
Lead and support the front desk team during daily operations
Oversee reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
Act as the main contact on shift for guest and operational issues
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, food & beverage, and management
Coach and support Front Desk Agents
Ensure service quality and operational standards
Keep operations running smoothly during busy shifts
Contribute to a positive team culture and guest satisfaction
About you
Natural leader with a hands-on and service-driven attitude
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a front office or desk, reservations, or a similar hospitality role.
Experience with hotel reservation systems or Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferred
Confident in supporting, coaching, and motivating a team
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Guest-focused with a strong eye for detail and quality
Comfortable working with hotel systems and basic reporting
Flexible and able to work extended hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Fluent in English and Dutch; Spanish and Papiamentu are a plus
