Players Club Host / Hostess

At Harbor Hotel & Casino, we are looking for an enthusiastic, personable, and service-oriented Players Club Host / Hostess to join our team. In this role, you will be one of the first points of contact for our casino guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere while assisting with Players Club memberships, rewards, promotions, and guest inquiries.

You will play an important role in building relationships with our guests, promoting our casino offerings, and ensuring a friendly, engaging, and memorable guest experience.

The position

• Welcome and greet guests, providing a friendly and professional first impression

• Assist with guest inquiries, seating arrangements, and general casino information

• Register new Players Club members and issue membership cards

• Assist members with account inquiries, point balances, rewards, and redemptions

• Promote casino promotions, events, special offers, and Players Club benefits

• Actively engage with guests to encourage membership and participation

• Build relationships with regular guests and provide personalized service

• Assist with organizing and executing casino promotions and special events

• Handle guest questions and concerns in a professional and friendly manner

• Maintain accurate player information and ensure confidentiality of guest records

About you

• High school diploma or equivalent; MBO education is an advantage

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, guest relations, or a similar guest-facing role

• Previous casino or Players Club experience is an advantage

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in English; Dutch, Spanish, and Papiamentu are an advantage

• Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality with a professional appearance

• Strong customer service skills and a natural ability to engage with guests

• Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
