About the job
As a casino Host or Hostess at Harbor Hotel & Casino Curaçao, you are the welcoming face of our casino and play an important role in creating a warm, engaging, and memorable experience for our guests. You greet and assist players on the floor, support the Players Club and promotions, and help build strong relationships with our guests through genuine service and personal attention.
Working closely with floor supervisors, the bar and Players Club teams, you help create a lively, professional, and well-organized gaming environment that encourages guests to return and enjoy their time with us.
The position
Welcome and engage guests on the casino floor
Support Players Club registrations, promotions, and events
Assist guests with information and special offers
Build strong guest relationships and encourage repeat visits
Coordinate with the floor, bar, and Players Club teams
Monitor guest satisfaction and report feedback
Help create a lively and welcoming casino atmosphere
About you
Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused
Comfortable engaging guests on the casino floor
Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Strong communication and people skills
Professional and confident in a fast-paced environment
Flexible to work evenings, nights, and weekends
Fluent in English, Spanish and Papiamentu; Dutch is a plus
