At Harbor Hotel & Casino, we are looking for a reliable, energetic, and service-oriented Houseman to join our Housekeeping team. In this role, you will support the daily housekeeping operations by ensuring that guest floors, service areas, and storage spaces are clean, organized, and properly stocked.

You will assist Housekeeping with linens, supplies, guest requests, and other operational tasks to help maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment throughout the property.

The position

• Collect, transport, and distribute clean and used linen and towels

• Restock housekeeping closets, storage areas, and cleaning supplies

• Deliver extra towels, pillows, amenities, and other guest requests

• Assist Housekeeping with room preparation, deep cleaning, and special arrangements

• Help move furniture, extra beds, cribs, and other equipment

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping and service areas

• Assist with luggage and other guest requests when needed

• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and safety concerns

• Support other departments with operational tasks when required

About you

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is an advantage but not required

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail

• Physically fit and able to lift, push, and move items as required

• Friendly, helpful and service-oriented attitude

• Reliable, responsible and able to work independently as well as part of a team

• Flexible and willing to assist where needed

• Basic knowledge of English; Dutch, Spanish and Papiamentu are an advantage

• Valid driver's license is an advantage

• Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
