About the job

As our HR Administrator at Harbor Hotel & Casino Curaçao, you play a key role in ensuring the smooth and professional execution of all HR operations. You provide structured administrative support across the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment coordination and onboarding to contract management, payroll support, record-keeping, and compliance.

Working closely with department heads and management, you ensure that HR processes are organized, accurate, and aligned with company policies and local regulations. You maintain employee files, track documentation, monitor leave and attendance records, and support performance and development administration.

In this role, you are the backbone of the HR function — creating clarity, consistency and efficiency within our hotel, restaurant and casino operations. By maintaining strong HR systems and reliable processes, you help build a stable and well-supported work environment that enables our teams to focus on delivering excellent guest experiences.

The position

• Provide HR administrative support across hotel, restaurant, and casino operations

• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation

• Act as first point of contact for HR-related questions

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and off-boarding processes

• Assist with payroll, leave tracking, and compliance

• Support performance and training administration

• Ensure HR policies and processes are followed consistently

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or a similar administrative role

• Experience with payroll processing is an asset

• Solid knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Able to handle confidential information with discretion

• Fluent in English and Dutch; Spanish and Papiamentu are a plus
