At Harbor Hotel & Casino, we are looking for a vigilant, observant, and detail-oriented Surveillance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring casino activities through CCTV and surveillance systems to ensure the safety and security of our guests, employees, and company assets.

You will play an important role in detecting suspicious activities, identifying irregularities, and ensuring compliance with casino policies and procedures while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.

The position

• Monitor gaming and non-gaming areas through CCTV and surveillance systems

• Observe casino activities, including table games, slot machines, and cash handling areas

• Identify and report suspicious behavior, theft, fraud, cheating, and policy violations

• Review and document surveillance footage for investigations

• Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain proper records

• Report irregularities and communicate findings to management

• Collaborate with casino management and security when necessary

• Maintain strict confidentiality of all surveillance operations and findings

About you

• High school diploma or equivalent; MBO education is an advantage

• Previous experience in surveillance, security, or law enforcement is preferred

• Knowledge of casino operations and gaming procedures is an advantage

• Good computer skills and familiarity with CCTV systems

• Strong observational skills and attention to detail

• Analytical, alert and able to make sound decisions

• Honest, discreet and able to handle confidential information

• Able to remain focused and attentive for extended periods

• Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
